Hi. Our church has been using OpenLP for almost a year now, and for the most part it's been fun. The one thing I missed coming from EasiSlides was the "Translation beneath the lyrics"-option - we're a mixed congregation so we want to translate the Norwegian lyrics in to English for the foreigners, and translate the English lyrics into Norwegian for the old folks.. So after reading a bit, I found out that "Formatting tags" was the way to go. So after trial and error I ended up with this code:

<font face="Arial, Verdana" "="">With this result:
<font face="Arial, Verdana" "="">

Now, the only thing I would like to have is a code that will hide the translated text in the "Live"-pane, because it is sorta hard reading and one verse take up twice the height than it needs too, so on some songs I don't get all the verses up at the same time. Any body have a comment on that, or suggestion on improving my code?

I would like some more examples of the use of formatting tags, a page or something in the Reference Manual or maybe a sub-category here on the forums perhaps..
Formatting tags is indeed a powerful tool, and combined with an ever evolving "theme-tool" we will see some brilliant stuff in the future - (I'm just thinking of what I've seen Wordpress has grown in to.) So development team - Keep on the great work you've been doing - OpenLP is an awesome product!
