Hello MickW,

I am having the same problem running Linux.

More specifically if
I preview or show live, or even show the .pptx files from the service
manager everything works ok. The problem with the preview slide
content not showing in the preview and the live windows multi-slide
area only occurs after saving and reloading a service.

Converting the
Power-point .pptx files to Impress .odp files does not fix the
problem.

Also, the saving of
the service is NOT corrupting the .pptx. I can extract the .pptx
file from the service .osz file and open it in Impress and all is
well. It presents just fine. I can even add the extracted
Power-point file back into OpenLP via presentations and all works, but
saving the service breaks the preview of slides again.

I would like to test
saving services as OpenLP Service File-lite.oszl for additional
testing but selecting that option, even on the first time save of the
service file, creates a non-lite OpenLP Service File .osz file.

Please post any
work-around or fix you find and I will do the same.

PS: Many Blessings
to the developers. Your work is much appreciated!

OpenLP 2.4
Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS 64-bit
GNOME 3.18
LibreOffice Impress Version: 5.1.4.2
Build ID: 1:5.1.4-0ubuntu1
