There was an error saving your file

This error has occurred when a user tried to save this on her Mac (she has latest version of OpenLP) and then she also rebuilt the service on church PC and the same error occurred. The Mac error message is in the title. Screenshot attached.

Could you advise as to what the error message might be referring to, where should we look for fault?

You'll need to get a log file the next time this happens.

I get this problem every time I try to save a file. Am using the latest version.

@Johan Could you produce a log as described in the link Raoul posted?
Also, which system are you on, and where do you try to save the file?
