Hello all, in V2 I successfully imported all my songs. 284 of them. I then decided I will make a fresh start of it and deleted them since most came with V1. I then added a couple I had. I went to copy the songs.sqlite file to another computer and see it is over 1000kb with all the songs still in there plus the new one I added. Is there any way to purge that file or maybe that is a bug.
Thank you.
John

This issue is known, but considered low priority at the moment since we're hoping people have a few MB's of disk space spare
People don't generally delete large numbers of songs!

Since we haven't been using V1 for too long, we have not accumulated that many of our own, and as easy as it is to import new ones, now showing verse and chorus listed, I can easily start from scratch and have it done right. I don't see any way to export songs in V2. I'm not missing it somewhere am I?
Thank you gushie and thanks for taking the time to answer so many questions from everyone.
We haven't written the export options yet, no. Unless you are really really short of disk space, I wouldn't worry too much about the size of the database at this stage. Compared to the size of images, videos and Bibles, 1MB is a drop in the ocean!
Plenty of space. Just wanted to be sure it didn't mess with performance at all.
I wouldn't expect it to make any notable difference in performance, it'll all be indexed anyway.
