I'm very, very pleased with OpenLP. We have been running version 1.2 in our worship services from an old desktop computer for over a year now. Never any problems with it. It's a great thing you are doing.

I bought my first laptop several weeks ago for the express purpose of running OpenLP v2.0 from it but can't get 1.9.3 to run.

I uninstalled version 1.9.2 and loaded 1.9.3 as soon as 1.9.3 became available. I get the error message “OpenLP.exe has stopped working” every time I attempt to open. I thought a fresh install of 1.9.3 would prevent the problems associated with upgrading from 1.9.2. Maybe not? I've installed and uninstalled 1.9.3 many times. I know about running in XP compatibility mode but it makes no difference. The .olp songs I created in 1.2 are saved on a thumb drive.
