Can't Delete Track from Track List

I've been using multiple audio tracks in a Welcome "song" an it has worked fine.  Now I'm beginning to upload loop tracks for our worship band, but I can't remove old tracks from the track list.  I have made sure they are unlinked and unused in any song.  When I select the track to delete and hit "delete track" nothing happens.  The track just won't go away!  I've tried doing it in the original song, in other songs; I've tried closing the song while it is "hung".  I've tried rebooting the program after attempting to delete the track.  Nothing seems to work.

Any thoughts?
