Hi,
Sorry, me again! Slowly working through various things on OpenLP. Most things seem great, but there are some things which are taking some working out as I transition from another package.
I'm having problems with version 1.9.4 running on Ubuntu 10.04. When I plug an external monitor / projector into my laptop I have to have the monitor for output display set to Screen 1 for media clips to show on the external monitor, and Screen 2 for presentations to show on the same monitor. If I have Screen 2 set as the output monitor then media clips show on the laptop and presentations on the external monitor. If I have monitor 1 set as the output monitor then presentations open up on the laptop screen and media clips on the external monitor. If I switch from media to presentation without first closing and restarting OpenLP I get the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/openlp/plugins/presentations/lib/messagelistener.py", line 274, in startup

controller.add_handler(self.controllers[self.handler], file, is_blank)

self.doc.start_presentation()

self.desktop.getCurrentComponent().Presentation.getController()

AttributeError: Presentation

I should say that images, songs and custom screens all work the same as for media. It's presentations that is the odd one out, with the screen outputs the other way round. Have not been able to to test the 'Bible' output.

Obviously as it is this is quite difficult to work with if I want to have presentations in my service list, which is quite common. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, Stephen

Update: This does not seem to be a problem with the Windows version, at least it's not when running in a virtualbox on Ubuntu.
