Dual Monitor Issue

I am running Ubuntu 11.04 on a desktop computer.  I just upgraded to 11.04 and now when I run anything with OpenLP the toolbar that runs across the top of the screen is displayed on the projector.

I can work around this for now, by making Ubuntu's display "classic" but I don't think they are allowing this display for much longer.  I know it sounds like an Ubuntu issue, but if I run ppt or OpenLibre slides the toolbar is not displayed.  Thoughts?
