importing NIV Bible
How can I import a NIV Bible in English into openlp to run along with KJV Bible. I dont understand the different file types that can be imported. Can anyone help . Where can i download the file from. We have a copyright licence for the church to import and use music, will it be the same for any bible import? Thanks

About permission to use NIV material in service see this paragraph from the Biblica Terms of Use (http://www.biblica.com/about-us/terms-of-use/):

I have tried several times to download bibles from opensong but when i come to install them, it says that the installation failed.!!! The files download as a zip file so I extracted the file but still can't install into openlp.
What is the exact error message you get when the installation fails? I presume you are talking about when you use the Bible import wizard in OpenLP.

In the Netherlands we sometimes use NIV for our English church service. (Normaly we speak dutch in our services)
Now our pastor want to use the TNIV. But I can not find a download for TNIV. Are there many differences between the NIV and TNIV?
I use OpenSong, because it's used more in the Netherlands, I can't find Dutch users who use OpenLP. There is also no support group, as there is for OpenSong.
But I just read the differences between OpenSong and OpenLP on this forum, and I'll certainly will try out OpenLP.
But for now, can anybody know the differences between NIV and TNIV, and yes.., is there a download for TNIV?
TNIV is available in OpenLP as a web download Bible.
