Some audio files 'not supported'
Gidday; I have just downloaded OpenLP to try. It won't play some audio files, giving a error message 'Unsupported File'. I have tried WMA and MP3. It will play one WMA but not another, also won't play the MP3 I have tried. I have downloaded & installed the 'community' codec pack. I have made sure the 'Phonon' box is checked. It runs all videos I have tried. I am running windows 7. All of the files I have tried to play will run on my Windows Media.

Try installing LAME, the open source MP3 encoder? I don't use Windows, so I don't know if that'll help, but it might be worth a shot.
