<p>Could you ensure that you have extended desktop set up and then try a complete clean uninstall?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Read all instructions first. If you are not sure about any of them do not proceed.</p>
<p>First, on the start menu, click Uninstall OpenLP. Follow the wizard through to the end.</p>
<p>Press the "windows button" + r and type "%appdata%" Copy the OpenLP folder to another location to back it up. Delete the original OpenLP folder.</p>

<p>WARNING: The next steps has the potential to damage windows. Only follow it if you are confident of what you are doing and the following instructions.</p>
<p>Press the "windows button" + r again and type regedit.</p>
<p>Click File->Export</p>
<p>Select "All" in the "Export range" options.</p>
<p>Choose a file name and choose somewhere safe to save it. Somewhere where it will not accidentally be opened.</p>
<p>Click Save.</p>
<p>Now on the left hand pane, click "Computer", then click "HKEY_CURRENT_USER", "Software". Find the "OpenLP" folder right click it and select "Delete"</p>
<p>Exit Regedit, and reinstall OpenLP.</p>

<p>Run OpenLP from the start menu by clicking on "OpenLP (Debug)".</p>
<p>Follow the first run wizard. Hopefully OpenLP will work fine, if not please put the debug log up on paste bin.</p>
