<p>I think the way to fix this, is to go through the song list and remove the offenders manually, because you may want some duplicates in there. For example take a hymn that has 5 verses, but your church often sings 1,3 & 5, you may want a long version and a short version in the song list, even though it's technically a duplicate, because one has V1 V3 V5 in the verse order, where the other has V1 V2 V3 V4 V5 in the verse order and that's the only difference. Another example is a song like Shine Jesus Shine, where you often do just the chorus, you may again want to just change the verse order to make it easier for the operator, who just goes next, next, next.If this is something you commonly do, you may want it in there as a song and a chorus.</p><p>I wrote a Perl script that goes through the database and pulls out the song titles and numbers and dumps them into a report, it's pretty rough, but does work. Handy for going through the order of service and determining how many songs I need to add to the database.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
