<p>I'm no expert either but this seems to work for us. I think, as long the Distribution tag says precise you should be OK. I recall reading a post somewhere (read as 'the source of which eludes me right now') that mentioned this, which gave me the confidence to install it this way. In fact, when I tried other methods, OpenLP would not run at all (nothing would load, trying to re-load stated that OpenLP was already running). Installing it using the mentioned PPA made it work, and has been working for the past 3 months (system re-install due to failed hardware).</p><p>Admittedly, our 'production' environment runs Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, but we can do everything in OpenLP (installed from the above PPA) on Linux Mint 13 Maya that we can on our Windows environment. In fact, we use our Linux environment to prep everything from bibles to songs, etc, and then import directly into the Windows environment without any issues whatsoever.</p><p> </p>
