<p>Our main service uses a different one for each song; of course, they use ProPresenter, it's very video friendly.</p><p> </p><p>I use this for our Youth Services, we don't exactly have the budget for much ($0, specifically), so it's all freeware. I'm about to start using video backs, the way I have it set up is VLC with a playlist of the vids I want to use running full screen on the projection screen. OpenLP running over it with a transparent background, and when we drop to logo between songs the operator will hover the mouse over the VLC icon on the bar at the bottom to bring up the quick controls and hit next to change the video.</p><p> </p><p>That's my solution until OpenLP supports them better natively :-D</p><p> </p><p>Here's a fun thought, if you have a camera setup for webcasting, you can open the in-network video stream in VLC and have it running behind the words, conference style. "iMAG", I think they call it. Our church uses it sometimes during a special or choir song.</p>
