ccli songselect login trouble

I am having trouble logging in to the songselect. I have created a ccli username and password and have logged into the ccli website. When I try to import songs through openlp it goes through connecting, waiting, logging in and then comes up incorrect username or password. I have tried reentering my username and password so it shouldn't just be a typo.
