[Feature Request]: Search Options

Hello,

I have the following suggestions:

more search options
- Topics (themes)
- Keys (a new database field)

Do you mean you would like to search songs by topic and musical key?

There is already a feature request for search by topic.

I don't know enough about music to comment on the key field, if that's what you mean. I wouldn't use it but I guess if the worship team use OpenLP as a tool to help them select songs in advance, it could have its place.

Yes, I mean the song - themes (spirit, worship, easter) and the musical key`s (E, F, F#, G, G# and so on).

Yes, I often search Songs by the musical key.

Key wouldn't HAVE to  have a special DB entry, could always use the Key as a Topic..

I can`t search by topic (theme) and its not so good to add "F#" as a topic
At the moment I use the song-book field for the keys but an own field for the key will be better.

Yes, but searchable by topic is in the works, I believe, so that would be a less disruptive work around. I use that, also, to record who usually leads the song.
