wont import powerpoint file

Hi I have tried importing our powerpoint file via the utility in version 2 but it keeps coming up with the same error message so I am stuck  any clues please  I have 350 songs on the powerpoint

Do you have OpenOffice or LibreOffice installed? And what version?

And what version of OpenLP are you running?

What version of windows are you on?

Thanks  I was the dummy  I loaded open office

when I ran the import utility it imported the powepoint as one file with all the slides as pages

each slide is a song is there any easy way to seperate these into a slide file for each song please/
