How to Sync Multiple Installations

I set up my service files at home and, of course, display them at church. I need to know what files, in addition to the service file, to take to church, so that installation will stay synced with all data in my home machine.

I know where the service files are saved, but where are the song, image, and Bible files in Linux? In Windows?

It depends on exactly what you want to do.

With my church, we keep a "master" copy in a shared Dropbox folder, and then just use service files. The service files are self-contained, and OpenLP can even update a song in your database from a service file. This is between Windows, Debian and Kubuntu.

Thanks, Raoul. That sounds good. I have a Dropbox account, but I haven't used it at church yet.

I still would like to know which files should be kept in Dropbox. I see there's a /usr/share/openlp. Should I just copy the whole thing to Dropbox?

No, just the files and folders that you see when you go to Tools -> Open Data Folder.
