cmcgill
I work with a church team that shares a "common" laptop. The leader will take it home during the week to prepare the projection slides using an open source program called OpenLP. Within OpenLP our team uses PowerPoint.

Office on that laptop is registered in the leader's name.

When the team opens OpenLP & PowerPoint it requires the team to log in with the leader's email and password almost every time. If we try to bypass that or to X out of it it says please wait while we prepare Office (or something like that) and it spins indefinitely.

Is there a way to either:

1) Disable log in -OR-

2) Stay logged in so that we do not have to log in almost every time?

I've contacted Microsoft too but I didn't know if anyone else was having this problem.

Thanks!

notdodgy Not tried it, however if the files being opened were moved to the public documents folder, then that may work.
(C:/users/public/public documents/)
