Bug: Entry Point Not Found

One of the installations at church has started giving a series of nine error dialogues upon loading. Once dismissed OpenLP appears to be working fine. (Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling again... but perhaps I need to do a more thorough clean?

The errors all have a heading "Entry Point Not Found" and go in this order:
1. The procedure entry point vlc_fastmem_register could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
2. The procedure entry point aout_ChannelsRestart could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
3. The procedure entry point aout_VolumeNoneInit could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
4. The procedure entry point LocaleFree could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
5. The procedure entry point vlc_fastmem_register could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
6. The procedure entry point vlc_fastmem_register could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
7. The procedure entry point pl_Get could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
8. The procedure entry point osd_ButtonFind could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
9. The procedure entry point pl_Get could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll

I do vlc within the app for playing media (prefering it over phonon for playing any file I throw at it.)

Am I missing something? Have I done something wrong?
