jmbrewin When I extend my desktop to the second monitor, regardless of what is in the "live" section of openlp, I still see my desktop on the monitor. Using Win. Vista Ultimate on a Dell laptop. Any help would be great! Thanks
derek Have you set the second/extended monitor as the monitor to display lyrics on in the "Options->Settings->Monitor config tab"? I set up OpenLP on a Vista machine this last weekend and it worked fine (other than an error which occurs when you shut it down). See the relevant forums topic on how to sort that out. Derek.
mikeritter
Live window doesn't show up on extended desktop. Things worked fine on my laptop on an extended monitor at home, but not on the church machine.

Running Open LP 1.0 on XP machine with Office '07 at church but OpenOffice at home.

Powerpoint plays fine on the church's extended desktop.

Is there a conflict with '07?

gushie
It works fine with Office '07 (we have this at Church).

Just double check your monitor settings as per Derek's post. This is the first thing you should check each time, since openlp.org does have the annoying habit of occasionally reverting back to Monitor 1. (E.g. if the projector wasn't connected when the machine was powered up). Also check the 'blank screen' and 'hide output' buttons aren't pressed too.
