Hi all,

We were previously using EasyWorship 2009 and have recently started to move to OpenLP.

One thing that we were able to do in EW 2009 is to create Schedule (EW's concept of "Service") specific copies of songs on the fly.

For instance, in EW 2009 when we have added a song to a Schedule, we can edit the Schedule's copy of that song without impacting the original song record in the song database.

However, we have found that in OpenLP when we select the "Edit Song" option from the song item under Service Manager, the original song record gets update as well.

This feature was particular handy for us because sometimes a worship leader might not wish to follow the original lyrics verbatim, so such an option would allow us to create an impromptu version of the song that's only valid for that service only.

Another reason why we need this is that for the final song before the sermon we'd add a little symbol at the bottom to indicate to the preacher that we are on the final slide. We aren't able to do this now.

Any ideas on how we may workaround this?
