OpenLP and Rythmbox

As our Pastor has now moved on I have been left to pick up the pieces with regards to running the OpenLP software that we use in our church. Fistly I would like to know how to add rythmbox and then how to add music to songs
Hoping someone can help

You can attach a music file to a song when you edit the song.
No idea what you mean about Rythm Box, sorry. You don't need it for OpenLP to play music.

Almost any format will work. If you have selected VLC as your default player in OpenLP, then it will play whatever VLC can play.
