Wellingborough, Northamptonshire UK.....first set up and used OpenLP around 2006/7 in our Northampton branch, and copied over songs and settings when this branch opened. OpenLP continues to get more awesome...
Hello, I'm a church planter in southern Chile, looking at starting our first work and seeing how we can use OpenLP in the new work. I was elated to find that OpenLP allows OSIS import; the Spanish Bible that we believe is God's word in Spanish isn't widely available yet, but with a few clicks it's available in the app.
I'm looking forward to contributing where possible.
Bell Street United Church, Shaftesbury, North Dorset, U.K.
I'm one of several AV operators herr. Others use SongPro on church Windows 10 laptop. So did I until frustrations with that led me to OpenLP which I run on same laptop and control from phone via Web interface so that I can participate in service better. Great product, true to open source ideals. :) Can't persuade others to use it though :/
Another Kiwi from New Zealand, Katikati AOG. Seems per capita there are more Kiwis using it than anywhere else If we keep using it (to replace Easyworship) Ill make sure our church donates and suggest other churches follow suit. Im retired programmer, and there is a truckload of work goes into these applications, and without financial support, the development can stall.
