So at the moment I don't have a monitor or anything connected this my MacBook. So whenever I do get a monitor, and I send something to live, is it still going to pop up on my mac screen? Because its highly annoying, as i don't need it here lol

Once you add a 'Display' monitor or projector, you can change the Live Display in settings so that the Live Display is where you want it to go.

in OpenLP settings you can disable it displaying full screen when there is only one screen. uncheck "Display if Single Screen" in general tab of preferences.
