Song data gone

Broke out my old laptop and upgraded to 2.4 . Just realized my song data now only contains the songs that download with OLP. I chose to back up but they are not there either. I have found a backup from 4 years ago that is in the old format for song data.

So is there any suggestions first to where my songs went that maybe I can retrieve them? Or, worse case how do I move the 2016 list into the new format?

Note: I do not have access to any other song data now from any other computer.

Do you know if the old version of OpenLP was 1.x or 2.x ? If it was 2.x, just use the song importer and select "OpenLP 2 database".

can you give some sites where i can download free song database for ver. 2.2? it would be better if the song database is updated with the songs nowadays. Thanks in advance.
