2.9.2 - Linked audio - Option to "Start background audio paused" missing and play counter fails

Option to set linked audio to be paused when song is selected has gone. It is no longer in General and appears to not be in Songs sections of the Config either.

When the linked audio plays, the play timer does not progress from 00:00/00:00 and dragging the progress bar has no effect
