I have looked through many google searches as well as looking through FAQ and can't seem to find details on how to make this happen. Can someone give me direction on how to have this work?
@WBwoodland I researched this a while ago. The only way I have found is to edit the verses in the raw database. I wrote it up a few months ago, but it was labor intensive.
Thank You JohnM, I thought that might be the case.
I placed the writeup in the Wiki and never finalized it. Take a look and see if it is something you would want to tackle. It works and if you only want to do the verses you need each week you might not mind the time spent.
Here is the link to the Wiki item.
JohnM, your skill level is way higher than mine. I was kind of hoping it was HTML base like the songs so you could just add a few tags in as needed for red letters. I also hoped there was a download somewhere to import the bible in with red letters. Looks like I am going to just not have red letters.
Thank you for all the hard work you have put into creating the wiki, you have really put some time not only into the details and page but the research to boot.
OK there is one more workaround that is possible....When you look up the verses for a given week and place them into the service, you can left click on the item in the service and select the make custom slides of the verses....then you can edit the custom slides and use the formatting tags to add the red text. You can delete the Bible Verses from the Service and add the custom slides you edited and you will have red text when you display....The custom slides will stay in the Library so you can use them again if you ever need to.
