With our setup we have the laptop and then the display extended onto the projector. (HDMI to VGA adapter to the projector)
Is there a way to have the "live" portion go to the extended display? Now when I go live it goes to the laptop screen and covers the program interface.
Windows 10 btw.
Thanks for any help!

Of course! In Settings you choose where OpenLP will project on.
Settings>Configure Open LP>General>Monitors:
In my case (a laptop with an external monitor over HDMI) "Screen 1" is laptop monitor, "Screen 2" (selected in screenshot) is external monitor.
Also, to avoid OpenLP projection covering the interface when you don't have an external monitor/projector, you can deactivate "Display if a single screen".
Hope that helped.
For some reason I do not get a display 2 in the drop down box. Is that because I have Windows set to "extend" the displays?
Extend is the correct setting. Make sure the extended desktop display is working before starting OpenLP.
It's really odd. I can see the extended desktop on the projector screen. No matter what I try the "live" session plays on the laptop and not the screen/extended. So odd and frustrating.
I don't know why that would be happening. As a work around, you can manually position the display with the "Override screen position".
