Using OpenLP with no projector
Hi! Is it possible to use OpenLP on a single PC running both OpenLP and the stage presentation in the browser? Basically I would like to take the pdf that my worship leader sends and import it into OpenLP and then display it on a single PC. The PC would be running both OpenLP and the browser displaying the lyrics/chords for the song. I've been experimenting a bit but when I go into live mode the screen the first screen of the service displays but I cannot move forward or backwards or get out of the screen (hangs). I am running OpenLP on a Linux box (Zorin 16).
To summarize - basically I want to display a chord sheet on a single PC (replacing paper) running both OpenLP and the stage presentation. Thanks for your help!

One approach might be to tell OpenLP to place the screen mostly off the PC's display with custom screen settings. That way you can still see the OpenLP program window on the single display.
It doesn't hang. You just have the display window covering OpenLP. Pressing Esc usually closes the display window. You might want to try using the web remote from your phone to control OpenLP.
Thank you - I'll give screen settings a try - tried the escape key (hit every key and combination I could) to no avail. I'm new to the product and quite unfamiliar with it. Thanks for the help!
