Backup/Archive old services
So, we have been using openlp for a few months, but was wondering if there is a way to keep the information about the old services and delete them or archive so they do not take up too much space. We use several videos in our services sometime (some are songs), but when we save the service, the service file is sometimes 200-300MB. But I was wondering if there is a way to keep the list of the videos that use, but delete the files? Any advice?

OpenLP can save services as "lite" which doesn't include any additional data about the items in the service. You'd have to open each service, and then "save as" and select the "lite" type from the list of file types in the save dialog.
Was not aware of this option, so I did a quick test.
Made a simple service consisting of a song and a video.
Saved as regular service and "lite", both have the same file size.
Ran openlp 2.4.6 on Linux, Pop_OS 22.04.
