Problem with PowerPoint presentation
Hello I am relatively knew to using OpenLP, but have used for a few months now.
Today I had a problem importing a PowerPoint presentation for use within OpenLP.
It imports with a red cross next to it in media manager. The .pptx file will play ok on the laptop we are using, but OpenLP doesn't seem to like it for some reason.
I have imported other PowerPoints which have been ok, but it just doesn't seem to like this one. Any idea why, or what I am doing wrong.

This happens to us on a Windows 10 machine from time to time. I haven't figured out what causes it but closing and reopening OpenLP usually does the trick and lets us import the PPT.
