Video / Media Start and Finish Times not working correctly

We're using OpenLP 3.0.1 (but this issue was experienced in 2.9.5 as well)

We add a video to the OOS and set a Start and End Time. When we play the video the counter in OpenLP starts from the Start time, but the video plays from the beginning. The Finish time seems to have no affect.
