Powerpoint and ODP won't show in live view

I am not very familiar yet with Open LP and trying to test out a service I have built in live, to see what it would look like, but without a second screen. We've upgraded to the latest version. The issue I am having is that videos and images will display live but powerpoints will not, and instead just show the whole screen in the live screen, without anything actually going live as such. No idea what is going on here so any help gratefully received. The example is a power point I made with bible verses on. Clicking just shows the whole screen below, as you can see!

We're getting the same effect:

• Slides don't display
• Can't advance slides except by directly clicking on it (but still doesn't display)
• Live view display shows endless views of desktop within itself (similar to pictured here)
• very frustrating

How are the Display settings defined on your machine? (Settings -> Screens)

I have been using OPENLP for a few years but recently our clergy started using Powerpoint instead. I recently upgraded OpenLP to the latest version. When I place a Powerpoint file in OpenLP and then open the Remote option in my Browser, the only thing that is displayed is the Title of the Powerpoint file and I cannot control the Powerpoint slides.
