Training new users

Hi,

I have been tasked with training some new users with the aim of having a small rota within the church so that it's not the same person every week who runs OpenLP (me!).

Does anyone have any hints, ideas, suggestions as to how to run the session?

I'm thinking it would be good for people to bring their own laptop if they have one, so they can install OpenLP and get familiar with it. Then run a few slides in PowerPoint covering the basics:

Add songs, PowerPoints and Bible verses to the plan.

Add new songs to the database.

What to do during the service, especially making sure the words on the screen keep up with the music!
