I am trying out the stage view feature (love the latest update btw, its soo much better) and noticed something weird with one of my songs. It is a song with two different choruses, and 3 verses. The chorus causing the trouble is chorus 2, it consists of 4 lines, in which the first two lines are exactly the same as the last two. I inserted forced splits every two or three lines to limit the amount at the screen at the same time. Somehow the thing in the top that says C1 V1 C2 etc. puts "C2 C2" every time I use chorus 2 just once. So looking at the notation in stage view it looks like we play chorus 2 twice, but on the application, its just once. But this only happened to chorus 2, chorus 1 and all of my verses are just displayed once, like they should.
Also in the stage view, you can preview the text that is to come. In this preview a verse is displayed as a whole, until i project them, when every time the lines currently projecting move to the top and are highlighted. But with this specific song, chorus 2 in the preview is two separate parts as well, leading me to think the software thinks it really is two different elements, and not one chorus split into two.
I tried changing some things to try and fix it, and when i retyped this chorus as a new song, and accidentally made a typo, it suddenly worked like normal. so i started comparing and my guess is that when a verse/chorus is split into multiple parts that are exactly the same, stage view thinks its the same thing twice. (i realize that i could obviously just remove the last two lines as they are 100% the same as the first two, and just leave it on the screen longer, and that does solve the problem with the stage view notation, but i do want to have the text in my presentation exactly like it is played so that the person operating the projector can just click trough, and doesn't accidentally go to the next verse too early).
