I have no exact idea, what are the requirements. So maybe you can comment to my suggestions from the view of your church.

I think a operator is usually not capable to handle more than one individual display at once. For that I would like to tie both outputs together as much as possible. Here I list some possible functions to use different outputs individual while keeping a common basis.

Please rate what solution is how important. Are there cases this functions are not enough?

1. The output display of alerts should be able to be defined individual.

2. For each display a own set of blank buttons has to be provided.

3. For each screen the theme can be individual. This has the advantage of showing/hiding elements like background images, and later on translations, chords, etc. individual for each screen. Changing font sizes still is quite difficult as this could cause different slide breaks. It is hard to track the correct slide on multiple screens.
