Currently v 2.0 appears to have built-in import for OpenSong format Bibles. It seems nominally functional at this point -- at least I was able to import a Bible this way. I do get a few error messages about some unicode something or other when searching the Bible, but I'm sure all that will be sorted out soon enough.
While this may not help you too much at the moment, since v 2.0 isn't really considered production-ready, I thought you would like to know that it is definitely in the works.
Any ideas when v2 is going to be fully released? I ask because I was going to make a web based XML to csv tool (as I couldn't get ricepudd's one working), and it doesn't seem worth it if v2 is imminent.
Looking at the current condition of 2.0, most likely later this year.
However, if you're wanting to write a web-based tool, please contact me, either via the PM system on the site, or pop into IRC (see the Live Chat link) and chat to us in there. I'm thinking of doing the same thing, and I think our efforts would probably be better combined.

Glad to hear it!
