Windows requirements for OpenLP 2.0 (released, not alpha and beta)

edited November -1 in General Discussion

Will OpenLP 2.0 be one download (ie. all packages like PyQt, Python itself etc. included), or will one have to get the dependencies on your own?

Because it seems for alpha testing the dependencies are still separate.

It really depends on platform. Windows will certainly be one install exe, and I believe Mac is a single dmg file too. Some Linux flavours will be a package so it pulls in dependencies automatically.

If you are running OpenLP from source, then yes you need to manually install all the dependencies. The Alpha 1 build for Windows does not need the dependencies installed, it is a bundled installer. All official releases for Windows will be bundled installers.
