  Hi Jenny, you are going to have to give us more information to be able to help. I'm guessing here but are you seeing a screen covered with OpenLP logo?

  I''ll continue from where Jenny left off, yes and I can't go any further I've installed and re-installed just to make sure and still I just keep seeing the logo and I don't know what to do from there. What can I do?
