Hi. OpenLp sometimes freeze my sreen. It happens when I use it and my powerpoint presentation alternatively. We start of singing with OpenLP and then, when I press escape to exit OpenLp, it "keeps on to the screen" It takes total control of the laptop screen. It does not go out of presenter mode. I cannot access any other program. The only way to get out is for me to click ctrl alt delete and then sign out. In the process I loose all opened programs. But it is the only way to get out of OpenLp.
So, the ony way to be sure OpenLP closes properly, is to close OpenLp before I use my Powerpoint on the data projector. And after I finish using the powerpoint presentation, I start the Openlp program again and then use it for the final songs.
Maybe a setting I must change? Any help?

I'm having a little trouble understanding you, can you just clarify something for me?
When you said, "keeps on to the screen" do you mean that you see the OpenLP logo, or the Powerpoint presentation?
Hi Raoul
What happens is this: I start up Powerpoint on my laptop. I start up OpenLP on my laptop. I am at church and want to present my songs on OpenLP first on the data projector. It works fine.
But now: I want to minimize OpenLP and start using my Powerpoint with the sermon points and pictures on it. But this is what happens: I cannot minimize, close Openlp. The screen freezes. I cannot use my laptop unless I press ctrl Alt Del and sign out.
So, unless I sign out and sign in again, I have no access to my screen or desktop, OpenLP keeps holding to it.
What I see is only the OpenLP song, not the OpenLP logo, not my Powerpoint presentation, only the open Openlp song on the svreen, the one verse. It does not want to go to the next verse or previous verse or nothing. It is stuck, frozen, non responsive. I had this problem on my last three laptops.
What operating system are you running? Windows, I guess?
I am using Windows 10
Can the problem be that I must use extended screen, not duplicate screen?
Yes, you do need to extend the screen on Windows.
When I do that, my songs show, but not my pictures.
When you say "but not my pictures" do you mean items in your service file that are images or do you mean that PowerPoint isn't working?
