Transfer files windows 7 to 8

I'm not tech savvy. Love openlp. Makes setting up worship presentations slick. We got a new computer (windows 8). I've downloaded openlp on the new computer. I need to get the songs, custom & background items off old computer (windows 7) and onto the new. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The on-line manual takes a little reading but it will point you in the right direction; see the section on backing up files. Once you have backed up your files, you simply then reverse the process to get your files (songs, custom slides, themes, bibles) onto another computer.
